NONE - SCRATCHING OF THE VALVE & PISTON SUPERIOR OF THE PISTON TECHNOLOGY
It's new tech for the breaker piston and valve. During the last 3 years of testing, as well as after our special heat treatment tech, the piston and valve have obviously had better performance: from a 5% scratching problem reduced to 0.5%. The users are happy that their tools are more stable for supporting their work, and the dealers are happy that they can save more time to serve other scope products.
ANTI - BLANKET FIRING
The piston moves back and forth and strikes by using hydraulic oil pressure and nitrogen gas. In case of blank firing, internal components such as the front head rod pin and through bolt can be damaged by striking internal components, and the lifespan of the product will be shortened due to repeated frictional heat and impact. The system consists of the chisel piston, low-pressure port, high-pressure port, control valve, nitrogen chamber, etc. When the piston is out of the normal strike position, the anti-blank-firing system is automatically opened, and the upper chamber of the piston is filled with high-pressure fluid.
